- Step 2: The Magic Happens: Our professional designers will manually remove the background and touch up your photo for the perfect print quality.
- Step 3: You Review & Approve (Zero-Risk): Within 48 hours, check your email (including junk/spam) for a digital proof. If you don't absolutely love the design, you can change the photo or get a full refund. We don't print until you say YES!
- Step 4: Print & Ship: Once approved, we fire up the printers! Expect your custom gear to arrive at your door in 10-20 days.
Since we create the artwork manually instead of using AI, it takes several hours to complete. As a result, your photo won't be visible on the product page at the moment. However, within 24-48 hours after the order placed, we will send you a proof via email (inbox/junk box) for your review.
If you are not satisfied with it, you have the option to change the photo, request adjustments to the artwork, or receive a full refund.
A: Yes, we can print anything on a t-shirt, as long as you have a photo.
- You have the freedom to upload any photo you desire to be printed on our products.
- It is worth noting that the print quality improves with higher-quality photos.

A: We can do this. You just need to choose "Print on both sides" option ($6 extra cost)
A: You do not need to remove the background using AI software before uploading, as the edge quality is often poor.

A: Yes, absolutely! You can simply enter your detailed requirements in the "Note To Design" box on the product page. We will note your request, incorporate it into the design, and send you a preview within 48 hours for your approval.
A: Yes, our shirts follow standard US sizing. However, we highly recommend double-checking the Size Chart attached in the product images and description sections.
If you receive a product that is smaller than the measurements listed in our size chart, we will send you a replacement for free. (Please note: A standard variance of about 1 inch compared to the size chart is normal).
Here is the timeframe for each stage of the process:
- Artwork creation: It typically takes up to 24 hours to create the artwork.
- Artwork approval: After the artwork is created, it will be sent to you for approval within 24-48 hours. The timeframe depends on how quickly you respond.
- Production: Once the artwork is approved, the production phase takes approximately 4-5 business days.
- Shipping: After production is complete, the shipping process takes around 8-12 business days.
What if I have a problem with my order?

With that in mind, we've rigorously tested our fulfillment systems and over time have developed the best balance of automation and human supervision. Customized goods are generally not accompanied by guarantees, but Kool-Kool is changing that: We deliver high-quality products - products that look just like what you created on our site - and we do so on time. If the custom products you receive differ materially from what you created at Kool-kool.com, if the goods are otherwise flawed, or broken, or not accessories included, then you will receive an exchange product(s) or a full refund, within 14-21 days of receiving your custom order.Upload your photo by clicking on the Upload Photo button.

Transparent Vinyl Decal has 3-part layers. The bottom layer is the backing paper, the middle layer is the vinyl decal, and the top layer is the transparent transfer paper.
To apply, you simply peel the transfer paper off of the backing paper. Next, place the transfer paper on the surface that you’ve previously prepped, use a hard card or credit card to rub it down, and make sure the vinyl has properly adhered. After that, peel the transfer paper off, leaving the vinyl behind.
