To estimate when you can expect your order, please refer to the time frame below. It includes our most popular products and these following time periods:
– Production time: The time when your order waits in production queue until being produced. Our production timeline may shift daily depending on overall order volume.
– Shipping time: From the time package is handed over to the delivery company to when it arrives at its destination.
– International Shipping Charge: Please aware that when you receive your order, you might be charge for additional fee by your local carrier (which cannot control from seller side) depend on your own country regulations.

PLEASE NOTE:
- More than 97% of packages will arrive on schedule. However, there are occasional instances where a delay in delivery time is caused by severe weather conditions, foreign customs, or an incorrect address. Do not hesitate to contact us if you find yourself in this situation.
- Email us at [email protected] within 1 day after ordering if you’d like express shipping.
- For modification orders, the production time is expanded 1-2 days.
- For orders delivered at the PO box, please include the zip code plus 4 or 5-digit in your order shipping address.
- A tracking will be emailed to your email when your order is prepared to be dispatched so you can track it all the way to your house.
- Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect or missing information, we may be required to contact you for an update on the delivery information, which can cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance.
- Please fill in your address in all details, otherwise, the package we mail to you will be returned to us.
Most packages (97%) arrive on time. Orders sometimes show up after the estimated delivery date, possible reasons for late delivery include the following:
