Frequently Asked Questions
- Step 1: Click the "Upload Photo" button to upload your photo, Select the desired style, color, size, and quantity, and then click "Add to Cart".
- Step 2: Review the items in your cart, proceed to checkout, and fill in your shipping information and payment details.
- Step 3: Receive the proof within 48 hours by email (inbox/junk box), if you don't like it, you can change the photo, require fixing or receive a full refund.
- Step 4: Approve the proof(s) and wait about 10-20 days to receive the item(s).
Since we create the artwork manually instead of using AI, it takes several hours to complete. As a result, your photo won't be visible on the product page at the moment. However, within 24-48 hours after the order placed, we will send you a proof via email (inbox/junk box) for your review.
If you are not satisfied with it, you have the option to change the photo, request adjustments to the artwork, or receive a full refund.
A: Yes, we can print anything on a t-shirt, as long as you have a photo.
- You have the freedom to upload any photo you desire to be printed on our products.
- It is worth noting that the print quality improves with higher-quality photos.
- If you are uncertain about the photo's suitability, please send it to us, and we will gladly assess it for you. You can reach us via email at [email protected].
Here is the timeframe for each stage of the process:
- Artwork creation: It typically takes up to 24 hours to create the artwork.
- Artwork approval: After the artwork is created, it will be sent to you for approval within 24-48 hours. The timeframe depends on how quickly you respond.
- Production: Once the artwork is approved, the production phase takes approximately 4-5 business days.
- Shipping: After production is complete, the shipping process takes around 8-12 business days.
A: We can do this. You just need to choose "Print on both sides" option ($6 extra cost)
What if I have a problem with my order?
At Kool-Kool we realize that for many people, creating custom products online may be new. With that in mind, we've rigorously tested our fulfillment systems and over time have developed the best balance of automation and human supervision. Customized goods are generally not accompanied by guarantees, but Kool-Kool is changing that: We deliver high-quality products - products that look just like what you created on our site - and we do so on time. If the custom products you receive differ materially from what you created at Kool-kool.com, if the goods are otherwise flawed, or broken, or not accessories included, then you will receive an exchange product(s) or a full refund, within 14-21 days of receiving your custom order.
A: You do not need to remove the background using AI software before uploading, as the edge quality is often poor.
At Kool-Kool, we take great pride in having our professional designers—who have decades of experience—remove the background manually by hand. This ensures the quality of the cutout is far superior to any automated AI software.
A: Yes, our shirts follow standard US sizing. However, we highly recommend double-checking the Size Chart attached in the product images and description sections.
If you receive a product that is smaller than the measurements listed in our size chart, we will send you a replacement for free. (Please note: A standard variance of about 1 inch compared to the size chart is normal).
A: All of our products are 100% printed and shipped from within the USA.
A: Yes, absolutely! You can simply enter your detailed requirements in the "Note To Design" box on the product page. We will note your request, incorporate it into the design, and send you a preview within 48 hours for your approval.

The shirt itself if of a high quality for a tee shirt. I would have liked the web page to have provided a preview of how my .jpg would look like in its final format. Customer service has been responsive to my concerns, they did provide a preview and the shirt did arrive in a timely manner. However; upon closed examination the facial features of my wife are barely distinguishable. Customer service noted that this was normal in the industry and of course with any custom order, there are NO refunds. So, if you have a picture with particular fine clarity, that you want on a shirt, you need to understand that it will be pixlated like my example shows.

It was a Christmas present for my son. He was so surprised and loved it. I got the one that said Drive it like you stole it. Used his mustang he use to drag race. The only thing I think the shirts run small. I got him a 2X thinking it would be a little big but it fits him tight. Hope it doesn’t shrink. But over all the print is great on it and I got it before they said I would.
